Church Cafe

There will be no cafe during May or June, the next planned date is:

Saturday 3rd July, 10am - 2pm

in the Richard Greenhow Centre, Central Ave, Gretna.

Bible Study & Prayer Meeting

Tuesday 7pm Bible Study and prayer meeting

Over the next few months we'll be looking at some of Jesus' parables.

The last Tuesday of the month is given to prayer only as it was felt that not enough time was given to prayer on our regular Tuesday meetings.

We have enjoyed some very challenging Bible studies and everyone has the opportunity to share their thoughts and ask questions. We use an imaginary "Pause Button" if we are digressing or if we want to stop and clarify a point. We have completed recent studies in Jonah and are currently in 1 Peter. Anyone is welcome to join us.

Fellowship Lunch

A fellowship lunch is held on the last Sunday of the month alternate months. This is open to anyone attending our services and is held in the home of Mrs Gwen Dennison.

Prayer Slots

Regular Prayer Slots are held on the last Saturday of every second month. This means signing up to commit to a time of prayer in your own home or wherever you are at that time. We try to cover a period of 12-18 hours if possible, each person praying for either a few minutes at frequent intervals or a longer time if possible. This is a commitment for individuals to pray for the following:-

1. Our church family and any particular area of need
2. Our church witness - that others may be brought under the sound of the gospel and come to know Jesus as Saviour and Lord.
3. Our local area that they may know Jesus is Alive and that we as a church are there for them.
4. Our local churches and all those who faithfully preach the Word of God.
5. Our country, government and church leaders.
6. The missionaries we support as a church and other world needs
7. Any other prayer needs.
